Husband's right arm is semi paralyzed and this works perfectly when he is in his wheelchair. It is soft, prevents his arm from falling down. Would recommend. I do fold the wheelchair often to take him to Physical therapy ... so I do have to retighten the screws every 2 weeks or so, but very easy to do. Solved a problem!This product was well made but did not work with the wheel chair Medicare assigned to me. I had to return it.
