Dad loved his shirt. Stated it was light weight and cool.My husband loves these shirts. They work for casual or nice occasions. He likes the pockets and says they are cool and comfortable.Having had difficulty finding a 3X that was NOT tapered in the waist nor made of polyester, I decided to order this shirt, 52% cotton, 48% polyester. The shirt arrived today and in trying it on, it fits nicely but a bit larger than expected but definitely NOT tapered around the middle. Seams and hems appear nicely tailored and the fabric appears as expected. After I wear it a couple of times and then wash it, I will be better able to assess the value. At the present time, I do recommend this shirt.Husband loves them.As a Large Rotund Morbidly Obese American who recognizes how absolutely incorrect it is to wear spandex, this fishing shirt from Tiger Hill has been almost solely responsible for my somewhat respectable appearance to the rest of society. I’ve also discovered that the plethora of pockets and straps and nooks and crannies are an absolute necessity for a ‘prepared for anything’ fatty! I keep my IPhone Plus in the left breast pocket, as well as a spare pack of gum, a small very sharp pocket knife on a clip ,a coiled pair of headphones and A few loose bills for daily expenses. The little Velcro pocket on it is perfect for a back up power pack.i use the little hooks for a pair of sunglasses. I also utilise the pen hole for a gel pen and carry permanent marker so that I can re-lable coworkers lunches and am always ready for Drunk Decoration should the opportunity arise. The right breast pocket is likewise occupied with CD’s (I’m old) a spare charging cord or 2(my millennial has an android) and a car adapter, car keys, the days reciepts, bits and pieces of various and sundry job related nuts and bolts and a business card or 2. The Velcro pocket houses ANOTHER power pack (Im a little ocd) and loose change. As a fat man who could pop a button on a military grade uniform, I appreciate the extra buttons sewn into the hem, and the double stitched gussets and seams. The shirts are available in a rainbow of colors. They are all colorfast and well made, running to the large sizewise (thank God) with large openings that accommodate my flabby jiggly underarms and manboobs.I typically coordinate with a pair of oversized cargo shorts or pants with pockets similarly laden with id’s, wallets, wads of cash, several more pocket knives of various styles, rubber bands for even more cash, several aluminum RFID repellant space age wallets, aCouple of check books, business card holders, Credit cars style razor knives, collapsible night sticks a spare shotgun shell or 2 and a few 9mm rounds in case my spare clips strapped to my belt run out.I rotate colors, but my all time fav is the Barney Purple and the hot pink. They highlight my hazel eyes and Allah Akbar style beard! All in All, a shirt that does much more for than me than fishing.Material - is stiff and heavyGood productI bought a tan and maroon shirts in XXL. They fit perfect. I bought a teal shirt in XXL and it was huge, maybe a 3x or 4x. The teal was way bigger then my first 2 shirts. I returned it and bought a XL in teal. It was to tight. I bought a second XXL in teal thinking the first one was mis-sized. Nope the second teal XXL was huge again way bigger they the first two XXLs I bought. Quality control is bad. The sizes vary to much between colors. I like the shirts but it’s impossible to buy one in teal that fits.
