Lightweight, Dual Axle (K0003)Weighs under 36 lbs. (excluding front riggings). Removable flip back arms allow for easy transfer. Carbon steel frame with silver vein finish. New frame style eliminates seat guides and allows for custom back inserts and accessories. Tool free adjustable front riggings (footrests, legrests). Composite, Mag-style wheels are lightweight and maintenance free. Precision sealed wheel bearings in front and rear ensure long lasting performance and reliability. Dual axle provides easy transition of seat height to hemi level. 8" front casters are adjustable in 3 positions. Comes with push to lock wheel locks.

I bought this chair for a cancer hospice patient. I never had a chair before and it came assembled except for the let and foot pieces which we had some trouble figuring out how to install them. I like the chair, although it is fairly heavy and difficult for me to get in the back of the mini-SUV. The only reason I have it a low rating was for the total lack of customer service. I emailed the seller twice with questions concerning assembly (a neighbor with experience came over and helped me), and about any accessory packs or bags for the back to hold the patient's things. I never got an answer to either email.Now, neither of these things were really emergencies, but I wonder of they would ever respond is there were a serious issue? It's great to sell a good product, and I believe this is, but with no customer service, I would buy it from another seller within Amazon.
