Pay attention to the order confirmation as it should list the color you will receive.***I made the mistake of assuming that, since this listing makes no mention of the accent color of the arm and ALL pictures show the gray version, that I would receive the gray version. That was not the case with my order which was fulfilled by Backstore. The order confirmation *did* show that I would be receiving the white color instead of what was pictured, but I failed to notice that and thus was surprised when I opened the box to see a white accented arm instead of the gray that is pictured.I don't know how much control Backstore and the other sellers have over which listing Amazon links them to, so I'm not upset nor unhappy with them, and in fact Backstore responded very quickly when I inquired about this issue and offered to exchange the arm for the color I thought I was ordering, so excellent service from them all around.The Humanscale arms are very high quality. This one is notably less robust than the M8 arm I already have (in gray :-) but it's also much less expensive. The articulation is great as long as you're careful to use the cable management and allow enough slack for movement. Assembly is very easy as well.If you only need a monitor mount to sit fixed in a single place you can probably do well with one of the cheaper options, but if you have a setup that will benefit from being able to move the monitor side to side and forward/backward, I think you'll have a hard time finding a better solution.Well built, sturdy, easy to adjust. A little on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality.I bought one for my work office and had to buy one for home too. This is a working art installation. If you appreciate fine things, count this among them. Very well engineered, solid feel, steady as the Rock of Gibraltar. You think it looks good in pictures, it is far better in person.Highly recommended, I also highly recommend buying it from Chair Envy (on Amazon.) Their great service stands out even among all the great vendors on Amazon, and that is saying something!Moves easily and doesn't sag over time. I'm using with a 19" Dell monitor. Have had for about 6 months and everything is still working as it should. I will never have a monitor sitting on my desk again.Awesome would buy all over again!
